What we collect

Your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself). The content of your dashboard — time entries, projects, tasks, meetings, notes, links and settings — which you create yourself.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, save your board and sync it across your devices, and to send password-reset emails you request. We don't sell your data or show ads.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare's network (Pages, Workers and D1). A copy of your board is also kept in your browser's local storage for offline use and is removed when you sign out.

Cookies

One essential, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

Download a full backup from your account page at any time. Delete your account from the account page and your data is removed from our database.
